still not sure where I am going with this – but something is trying to get through. It is great to be working on a large canvas – but just discovered that it won’t go up the stairs and a window will have to be taken out!

EXHIBITION OF PAINTINGS AT THE NEW STEINE HOTEL – January 3rd  - February 3rd

. This evening I attended the Allsorts Charity Ball at the Thistle Hotel in Brighton. Celebrities on the night included Heather Mills, Andy Bell from Erasure, writer Aiden Shaw, cabaret artist Nina and Caroline Lucas MP.
I had been asked to donate a painting for the auction, and I am pleased to report that Heather Mills boought it for £2800!!

Allsorts works to raise awareness, promote good practice and facilitate the creation of safer and more supportive environments for LGBT young people in the wider community by:

• Supporting vulnerable, alienated or marginalized young people in Brighton and Hove and the surrounding area who are LGBT or unsure of their sexuality and/or gender identity

• Delivering peer led homophobia, biphobia and transphobia awareness and anti-bullying workshops in schools, colleges and youth organisations

• Providing training for adults and agencies working with young people
